Background

After years of being my fittest and over training, I became my sickest. I was diagnosed with MS and needed to find something low impact that would help my mobility and challenge my cognitive health. This is when I found Pilates. I then had several traumatic deaths take place in my life and that is when I leaned into Pilates the hardest. It soon became a non-negotiable for me. It slowly opened a healing path for me. My body started to release trauma from movement.

Pilates saved my life and because of that I decided to take the journey to become certified through an extensive 500 hour program. I have been teaching for a year and half now.

My parents have always believed I am capable of doing whatever I put my mind to. They have always been a huge support system of mine.

It comes from a mix of personal passion, the joy of helping others, and the deeper connection I have with movement and wellness.

INTERESTS/SPECIALITIES

I love using my knowledge to help others whether it’s healing from a specific injury or someone looking for a good workout.

I have a unique teaching style, background and personal touch that I bring to my sessions. I think it's important to listen to the members and make them feel comfortable while also getting them outside of their comfort zone with specific moves.

Empowering others through movement, helping them feel stronger, more connected to their bodies, and confident in their everyday lives.

HOBBIES

I love living a holistic lifestyle. When I am not teaching or working my full time job, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling to see National Parks, cooking, and weight lifting.
