BACKGROUND
How did you get into your field?
I have always been involved in fitness and sports. I grew up and my Dad showed me how to weight lift and from there I have been doing it ever since. I credit a lot of my success in sports to weight lifting and did not have one serious injury throughout my soccer career youth/high school/college. It is something I am passionate about so it was the right step for me to get certified and begin helping others in their fitness journey.
What is your training background?
I have been a certified personal trainer for the past 3 years. I am also a certified pre/postpartum trainer. I have trained a lot of soccer players specifically in soccer and speed agility/lifting as well. I also do online training for moms who don’t have time to go to the gym and need an at home workout and accountability.
Who influenced your career path (who have you enjoyed learning from, mentor, etc)?
I think mostly my dad, he has made fitness become a part of my life from an early age and still does now as a grandfather, showing how exercise can keep you fit, healthy, and ready to run around with your grandkids when you are older.
What makes you love your field?
I love my field because I love to watch people grow to love fitness as I do and make it a lifestyle instead of something they do to lose weight.
INTERESTS/SPECIALITIES
What sets you apart?
I see training a client as a whole life changing experience. I not only want you to workout and go through the motions, but learn how much you can push yourself farther than you thought you could and grow to use what you learn in working out to make your life better overall.
What kind of clients do you love working with?
I love working with clients who are willing to put in the work and be consistent. With the main clients being youth athletes and moms.
What’s your mission?
My mission is to foster growth in both the physical and emotional world to grow my clients to be the best person they can be for themselves and their families.
HOBBIES
What brings you joy? What do you do with your spare time?
I love soccer, so I coach soccer on the side. I also just love spending time with my family, going out to dinner, a food hall is our favorite spot to be right now!
