Join us for a workshop aimed at improving your game by enhancing knowledge around the body-swing connection.

This 75 min presentation is focused on enhancing a players knowledge around common ailments / body mechanics, swing mechanics and prep/maintenance for preservation and optimization. A Q+A will round out the workshop where you can ask all the questions you’ve ever had from our team of Golf professionals. 

 Each participant will leave with tools to self-assess movement and prevent injury from a Doctor of Physical Therapy, tips & tidbits from Golf Digest’s “Top Pro” around their swing mechanics and knowledge around their pre-post season training from a TPI Certified Personal Trainer.
