We are beyond excited to announce a 6-week virtual, nutrition group focused on helping women and men become better equipped for getting pregnant.

Many couples are drawn to fertility specialists after 6 months of infertility, but there is so much more to the equation to consider. Through this group, we will discuss the role that stress, nutrition, micro-nutrients, gut health and exercise play when trying to conceive.

Led by renowned RD Amy Hollenkamp, with guest presenter Anchor Wellness Founder Dr. Sarah Crawford, this group will meet virtually every Wednesday evening from 7-8 p.m. EST. Each participant will also receive one, 30-minute consult with Amy as a bonus gift for joining.

2020 Women’s Retreat: Redefining Success in the Modern Decade


Feeling run down, overwhelmed and exhausted? Feeling like you’re in a rut?

We are hell-bent on challenging the way women value themselves. Our goal for this day long workout for mind and body is that each woman leaves with a renewed sense of empowerment and control over their well-being. Going away from the exhaustion model, we want to encourage women to utilize improved self-awareness and feel empowered to not fold the last load of laundry in lieu of taking time to turn within. We want women to feel comfortable putting their cell-phones away or missing a meeting in an effort to stop ignoring their red-flags (hair loss, weight gain, pain or insomnia, just to name a few).

Our panel of female health & wellness entrepreneurs, mothers, sisters, wives and friends will provide the tools that we believe will radicalize the standard thought process thus affecting generations behind us; giving rise to the modern days woman’s redefinition of their daughters future.
