Join Dr. Chelsea Walter at Barre3 Montgomery as she leads an Ergonomic Workshop focusing on the neck and back.
This workshop will be available in person as well as via zoom.
Yoga & Core
March 16th 5:15PM, 2021
This class is being offered to the tenants of 8044, led by Dr. Jessica Chavez Kline, and will be available in person and via zoom.
This class will be a combination of Yoga Flow and Pilates based core work with relaxation at the end.
We will weave core stability and some fun balance challenges throughout the class. Modifications will be available for most every body.
Bring a yoga mat and small pillow if you have one.
**This class will be taught by a Physical Therapist, but please be sure to let the instructor know if you have a condition or injury that requires specific guidance.
Moving Into the New Year Yoga Series
Starting January 4 at 8:00AM
Join me for a daily morning yoga and movement practice.
We will come together and practice every morning, Monday through Friday, at 8:00AM ET for a 30 minute yoga practice. Each day has a theme with bonus classes T/W/TH.
Create quiet time and space for yourself or practice with your family – four legged or two. Roll around on therapy balls in your pjs with a mug of tea close by.
Let’s keep moving! At home. Together.
Live Via Zoom. Replays are sent the same day. Replays are available for the entire month with a monthly subscription and for 24 hours for drop in.

Monday – Friday
8-8:30 am ET
Cost: 99/mo, 15/daily drop in, 50/5 class package
Monday: Slow & Steady. A simple flow dedicated to the fundamentals with a lighthearted focus on alignment. 30 minutes.
Tuesday: Flow & Restore. A flow practice with an emphasis on strength followed by a 15 minute restorative therapy ball practice. 30 minute flow + 15 minute roll out
Wednesday: Yoga Tune Up® + Tabata. We re our fine practice with Yoga Tune Up® exercises, poses, and corrective exercises and stick around after for a 15 minute heart pumping Tabata workout. 30 Minute YTU class + 15 Tabata
Thursday: Gentle Flow & Restore. A gentle more restorative flow practice followed by a 15 minute restorative therapy ball practice. 30 minute flow + 15 minute roll out
Friday: Happy Hour. Fridays will be a joyful 45 minute movement practice set to music with the intention of supporting brain health, body health, heart health and soul health. This class will send you into your weekend feeling rested and radiant. 45 minutes.
Cost: $99 (full series) or $15 (one time drop in)
