This virtual class focuses on re-integrating the breath and activating the core through yogic postures and poses with the intent of creating stability for mind and body.

Each week a class features a guest appearance who will contribute a Wellness Moment, giving participants an opportunity to transition their movement lessons into life lessons.

Join us for a semi-private group that lasts 12 weeks for 4 individuals that meets on a regular day/time and is hyper-focused on those 4 individuals needs. Much like a small group tennis/golf lesson, these semi-private Yoga lessons are specifically tailored towards the groups needs and planned over a period of 12 weeks. 2020 Women’s Retreat: Redefining Success in the Modern Decade

Feeling run down, overwhelmed and exhausted? Feeling like you’re in a rut?

We are hell-bent on challenging the way women value themselves. Our goal for this day long workout for mind and body is that each woman leaves with a renewed sense of empowerment and control over their well-being. Going away from the exhaustion model, we want to encourage women to utilize improved self-awareness and feel empowered to not fold the last load of laundry in lieu of taking time to turn within. We want women to feel comfortable putting their cell-phones away or missing a meeting in an effort to stop ignoring their red-flags (hair loss, weight gain, pain or insomnia, just to name a few).

Our panel of female health & wellness entrepreneurs, mothers, sisters, wives and friends will provide the tools that we believe will radicalize the standard thought process thus affecting generations behind us; giving rise to the modern days woman’s redefinition of their daughters future.
