Jeff received a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition and Exercise Science from the University of Cincinnati. He is a W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer. He was certified through The Ohio State University, and completed his internship with the Head of Personal Training at The Ohio State RPAC.
In addition, he has obtained a certification in Senior Health and Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid.
He has been helping clients achieve their goals for over 8 years! While studying at UC he completed his Nutrition Practicum at the University of Cincinnati Recreation Center. From College and Professional athletes to the person in the cubical next to you, Jeff has trained many people from a variety of backgrounds to successfully reaching their fitness goals.
