How did you get into your field?

I was an athlete for 15 years and was a four-year starting center fielder for a six-time national champion baseball team in college. Injuries made me curious about the body. I practiced movement training with Josh Hostetler since I was 10 years old. Josh, as well as my own experience and research helped me understand how the body worked. Movement training gave me an advantage on the field, and helped me recover when I was off the field. When my playing career came to an end, I knew I wanted to help create those advantages with other athletes and help them reach their goals.

What is your training background?

I have trained athletically, and practiced movement training for 13 years.

What makes you love your field?

Helping athletes perform to their highest genetic potential as well as living healthier lives.

What kind of clients do you love working with?

High school – Collegiate athletes, specifically baseball.

What sets you apart?

The product, providing training that will allow athletes to move in ways that will put their bodies in the best positions for success on the field. Also, the relatability of being similar in age and reaching goals similar to their aspirations.
