Reflecting on our values can guide us in determining what we want to keep in our lives and what is no longer serving us.

 

In the world today, there are so many options, distractions, and opportunities that can
pull our attention and time in multiple directions. Especially in a tech saturated world, we
have to be diligent and intentional about setting healthy boundaries so we can spend
time and focus on what’s most important to us.

One way of slowing down, getting present, and quieting our monkey mind is through
practicing Yoga.

When our goal is to cultivate more mental ease and to free our minds from unhelpful clutter,
aligning our body movements with our breath can be a powerful tool.

us to reflect on and more mindfully choose how we want to live our lives and spend our
time.
